CODICIL ALTERING CERTAIN BEQUESTS





I ___, S/o_____, R/o_____, declare this to be a second codicil to my will dated the ___ which was modified by the first codicil dated the ___

WHEREAS by the said will I bequeathed-

a. a specific legacy of Rs. _____ to my daughter Alvin;

b. a share in my residuary estate to my son Johnny.

AND WHEREAS

1. My daughter has married one Ram Lal against my wishes and since the execution of my will I have had cause to be displeased with the conduct of my son Johnny and therefore I do not desire to leave any share of my estate to him.

2. I hereby revoke the legacy of Rs. ____ in the said will.

NOW I direct that-

(1) I hereby revoke the legacy of Rs. ___________ to my daughter and bequeath the said legacy to my niece Mallika;

(2) I revoke the devise of a share in my residuary estate in favour of my son Johnny;

(3) In all other respects I confirm my said will and the first codicil aforesaid.
